Rural Stores Ltd. is seeking community feedback as it plans a new market and food hall in Squamish. The proposed development would create a space for local businesses, food vendors, and community gatherings.

In a newsletter, the company invited residents, small business owners, and food lovers to complete a short survey to help shape the project.

Rural Stores Ltd., a third-generation, family-run property management firm established in 1954, owns and manages nine retail properties across Metro Vancouver, Squamish, the Fraser Valley, and Vancouver Island. The company said it wants the new Squamish project to reflect the needs and character of the community.

The survey is open now, and input will be considered before final plans are announced.
