Young performers from across Squamish are set to showcase their skills in Squamish Has Talent, a youth talent show for ages 10 to 18 presented by HSPAA and Step Out BC.

In a social media post, organizers encouraged the community to “be prepared to be amazed, dazzled, and inspired” by a lineup of performers competing for cash prizes of $500, $350, and $150, along with other sponsor prizes. Guest judges Dayna Goldman, Catherine McInnes, and Megan McLaren will lend their expertise to spotlight emerging youth talent.

The post noted that audiences can also enjoy performances from local favourites, including The Beating Drum of the Unborn History and the Step Out! Improv Troupe.

The event will also feature an in-person raffle with prizes from local businesses, with cash preferred for payments. Doors open at 6:30 PM, with the show starting at 7:00 PM on Saturday, Feb. 21, 2026, at St. John the Divine Anglican Church, 1930 Diamond Rd. Tickets are $25 for adults and $15 for youth 18 and under, available at howesoundarts.ca.
