The Sea to Sky Gondola is ramping up to open in two weeks, and is offering special offers and looking for staff to rebuild its team.
“Our team is excited to reopen in just a few short weeks on Friday, February 14. We are excited to rebuild our team for our reopening. Full time and part-time positions available in Food & Beverage, Lift Operations, Retail, Guest Services, Human Resources, Logistics and more,” the gondola said.
In the last few weeks, the gondola has installed thirty new cabins that arrived from Switzerland at the end of October.
“We are so excited that on Valentine’s Day, February 14, 2020, we get to carry our passholders and guests back up the mountain on a brand-new cable, in brand-new cabins,” said Kirby Brown, Sea to Sky General Manager.
“Our community stood by the gondola and showed us overwhelming support, confidence, and love through the last six months, and for that, we are so grateful.
The gondola is paying back that love with special offers.
Those who purchase an annual pass can receive an adult ticket for free. Those who purchase a family annual pass (2 adults, 2 children or youth) will receive two free adult tickets.
That offer is valid until February 17, 2020.
From February 14 to 17, people can also enjoy 50 % off day tickers for the Family Day weekend. Tickets, however, must be purchased at the ticket window to receive the 50% discount.
Offer excludes family ticket, ride-down-only tickets and tickets purchased online.
