Vehicle stuck on Mamquam FSR
On April 10, Squamish RCMP received a report of a vehicle stuck ten kilometers up the Mamquam River FSR.
The people in the vehicle were contacted by police and asked to walk out on foot as they didn’t have any medical issues.
Police met them on the highway and educated them on their poor choice.
“The police are reminding the public that taking unnecessary risk now puts first responders at risk of potential exposure to Covid 19,” Squamish RCMP said.
“Please stay home and go outdoors in your neighbourhood in a safe manner.”
