One car was stolen and three cars were broken into on Hemlock Avenue in Valleycliffe.

Squamish RCMP says between May 26 and 27, a brown 2018 Dodge Ram Proma was stolen from 3800 block of Hemlock Avenue.

In the truck were about $4,000 worth of power tools and personal documents, and the truck also had a crack on the windshield on the driver side.

The truck’s license plates were later found on a vehicle in Delta.

Between May 27 and May 28, three vehicles were broken into again on Hemlock Avenue.

The thefts seemed to have taken place in the morning between 8 and 10 am. Stolen items include a black duffel bag, art supplies, insurance papers, and two pairs of Oliver Peoples sunglasses.

In another incident on May 26, a car parked on Third Avenue was also broken into and property from the car was stolen.
