Squamish RCMP are investigating four reports of thefts from vehicles in Valleycliffe and Garibaldi Highlands.
The thefts happened between January 28 and 29.
Thieves focused on the areas of Clarke Dr. and Tobermory Way and stole: Portable work radio, black marine GPS, a black XL Arcteryx jacket, a Sony RX 100 series IV camera, and a wallet.
The bank cards from the wallet were later used in fraudulent transactions.
On January 29, a Lions Bay resident also reported a possible attempted theft from his vehicle.
Squamish RCMP reminds locals to secure their vehicles, and report any suspicious activity to police as soon as possible.
Bike stolen from Downtown Squamish
On January 30, a local resident reported that their blue Trek road bike stolen had been stolen from the area of Third Avenue & Main Street.
The bike has sentimental value as the owner had used it for a fundraiser to raise money for Under One Roof.
