A Squamish teenager was arrested for shoplifting at a Whistler grocery store after the store filed a complaint on March 3.
The suspect concealed several items in a bag and then left the store without paying for them.
The store was able to provide a licence number as well as a video of the suspect
Whistler RCMP officers were able to locate the vehicle, and while the teen tried to duck under the dash, police were able to identify her.
The 19-year-old female from Squamish was arrested for theft and released for court appearance at a later date.
