Squamish RCMP are seeking the public’s help after a motorcycle was stolen from Marina Side Place, which is located in the new SEAandSKY subdivision across from Downtown Squamish.

The theft happened sometime between March 1 and 12, police said.

The stolen bike was a KTM enduro motorcycle with BC licence plate Z55477. It was stolen from the 1300 block of Marina Side Place.

The bike is black and orange, has a cracked left fork, a digital radiator fan, and grey color aluminum kickstand.

Vehicle impounded for impaired driving

On March 21, Squamish RCMP received a complaint of impaired driving in town.

Police intercepted the vehicle and issued a violation ticket to the driver and an immediate roadside driving prohibition for 90 days.

The vehicle was impounded, and the driver will now appear in a court.

Anyone with more information should contact Squamish RCMP at 604-892-6100, or contact Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-TIPS, or go to the website www.solvecrime.ca

Sounds reasonable. Covid has shown programming doesn’t need to be location specific. Time to get creative.
