Sea to Sky Highway closed in both directions; expect major delays

The Sea to Sky Highway is closed in both directions as emergency crews respond to a vehicle incident between Alice Lake Road and Daisy Lake Rd, about five km north of Squamish.

Please expect major delays. The road is closed, and watch for traffic control, says DriveBC.

Meanwhile, ICARS is enroute and closure is expected to be for a number of hours.

Squamish RCMP will  update when lanes are expected to open.

Please be patient while we investigation the cause of this collision, says Squamish RCMP
