Staff report
June 18, 2021 11:40am

The Sea to Sky Gondola is offering free interpretive tours for its guests.

Tours are offered daily.

“We have run free interpretive tours over the years but are relaunching them with opening,” said Christy Allan, the director of sales and marketing for the Sea to Sky Gondola.

Guests are invited to enjoy the journey to the summit in the gondola, take in the sweeping views, and then meet at the summit map board adjacent to Panorama Trail for the tours.

The Alpine Alley Family Tour daily starts at 11 am, and the Interpretive Tour is daily at 1 pm.

The Alpine Alley tour is limited to 15 guests per tour, and children need to be accompanied by an adult, but only one adult per family joins to allow for more kids to enjoy the experience.

The Interpretive Tour is limited to 20 guests per tour. The gondola is now open from 9 am to 5 pm daily.
