Burnaby Lotto Max ticket wins $70 million

A Lotto Max ticket purchased in Burnaby scored a phenomenal $70 million during last night’s Lotto Max jackpot draw.

It is the largest lottery prize ever won in British Columbia’s history.

The seven winning numbers are: 2 5 8 18 23 31 and 35. The odds of winning the Lotto Max jackpot are 1 in 33,294,800.

All lottery prize winners have 52 weeks from the draw date printed on their ticket to come forward to claim their prize.

The specific retail location where the winning lottery ticket was purchased, and the lottery winners’ name will be announced after the winner has come forward to claim their prize.

So far in 2021, B.C. lottery players have redeemed more than $163 million in winnings from Lotto Max.
