Squamish RCMP are seeking the owners of stolen tool boxes and a mountain bike that was recovered by police.
On January 25, Squamish RCMP recovered eight Milwaukee tool boxes that included schematics for machinery. Police have also recovered a grey and yellow Norco ‘Range’ full-suspension mountain bike.
Police estimate the goods to be about $20,000. The tools and bike were recovered from a stolen black 2021 GMC Sierra Crew Cab truck. The truck was stolen out of the Upper Fraser Valley on December 12, 2021, and was associated with property crimes in Langley and Whistler.
Police would like to get these items back to their rightful owners, but owners will need to provide identification of tool box contents and bike descriptors not visible in the photos.
“Someone somewhere is missing their property,” says Cst. Eden Johner of the Squamish RCMP. “These are not small ticket items and we’d like to return them.”
Squamish RCMP asks anyone with any information regarding this or any crime to contact the Squamish RCMP at 604-892-6100, or, contact Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-TIPS, or go to www.solvecrime.ca
