Police investigating after car stolen from Downtown Squamish

Squamish RCMP is investigating a report of a car theft that took place in Downtown Squamish.

On February 7, police responded to a report of a black four door Honda Civic that had been stolen in the 37000 block of Second Avenue. Police are asking for anyone with any information or video surveillance regarding this file to contact the police or phone crime stoppers.

Squamish RCMP also responded to two separate reports wherein two vehicles were stolen from different residences on the 200 block of Kelvin Grove Way, Lions Bay, between February 6 and the early morning of February 7.

Both vehicles were recovered, with one recovered in Surrey with the assistance of Surrey RCMP. The other vehicle was located in Langley with the assistance of Langley RCMP.
