District is considering issuing Temporary Use Permits for two properties at Queens Way and Centennial Way. The District of Squamish is considering the renewal of a Temporary Use Permit (TUP) application for office use at Unit 20, 38396 Queens Way.
The property is zoned I-4, which is used goods industrial, and the proposed office use is not permitted in this zone. If approved, the TUP would allow the office use for a period of up to 3 years.
The District of Squamish is also considering the issuance of a Temporary Use Permit for a presentation center at 1701 Centennial Way.
The property is zoned Comprehensive Development Zone 90, and the permit would allow for a presentation and sales centre on the northern portion of the property. If approved, the TUP renewal would allow the sales centre use for a period of up to three years.
All public input will be considered by the District in review of the temporary use permit applications. Written submissions can be sent to the Director of Community Planning and will be received until 4 pm on June 8.
