Staff report
December 16, 2022 7:02am

BC Transit is holding its annual bus tour in the community this Sunday. The bus tour will take place on Sunday, from 6 pm to 8:30 pm.

“Get into the festive spirit and join BC Transit for a holiday lights tour around town. Hot chocolate and donuts will be provided,” says BC Transit.

Masks are recommended on the bus. Scheduled stops include: Shannon Falls Retirement Home, Westwind Seniors Home, and Eagle Grove Lobby.

Meantime, the 4th Squamish Scouts Christmas Tree sales is also on at Garibaldi Village by Canadian Tire, from 9 am to 6 pm. “Pick out the perfect holiday tree so you can celebrate the season with the smell of fresh balsam and fir. Proceeds go to our local Scouts troupe.”
