Squamish Connector and Save On Foods invite the community to celebrate the winter ski season with the “Stuff the Bus” event this Saturday, a day dedicated to fun, giving back, and preparing for winter adventures.

The event will take place tomorrow, Nov 16, from 10 am to 2 pm at Save On Foods and marks the launch of Squamish Connector’s new Whistler service while supporting local charities.

Attendees are encouraged to bring donations to help fill the bus and contribute to the Squamish Food Bank, Squamish Helping Hands, and Squamish Community Christmas Care. Suggested items include non-perishable food for the Food Bank, toiletries and personal items for Helping Hands and new, unwrapped toys or gifts for Community Christmas Care.

Cash donations will also be accepted, with contributions of $20 or more qualifying for a 10% discount promo code for Squamish Connector services, available to the first 100 donors.

The event will also provide information on Squamish Connector’s winter ski transportation options, including schedules, pricing, and special offers. Organizers encourage everyone to join the festivities, bring their friends, and support the community while gearing up for an unforgettable ski season.

“Let’s make this winter unforgettable while giving back to our community! Spread the word and bring your friends! The more donations we collect, the better we can serve you this ski season and support those in need,” said Matthew Paugh, the manager for Squamish Connector.
