Sip and Savour returns to Squamish November 5 with curated menus and ticketed dinners

Tourism Squamish is inviting residents and visitors to pull up a chair for Sip and Savour Squamish, which returns for its eighth year from November 5 to 26, 2026, according to a news release.

The annual culinary celebration shines a spotlight on Squamish dining, giving participating restaurants a chance to create special menus and experiences that showcase their creativity and culinary talent, the news release says. Diners can explore the event in three ways: through menus with several courses, casual food and drink pairings, or one time ticketed culinary experiences.

The menus with several courses lineup features Autostrada Oyster Bar & Grill, The Broken Seal, Howe Sound Brewing, Lil Chef Bistro, Match Eatery & Public House, Pepe’s Chophouse, and The Salted Vine Kitchen + Bar.

For the pairing experience, The Backyard, Free Bird Table & Bar, House of Lager, Raincity Distillery, and Tacofino will offer special food and drink combinations throughout the event, according to the news release.

Two establishments are offering ticketed events. On November 6 and 13, Fergie’s will host special dinner events with two seatings each evening: a three course menu at 5:30 p.m. and a four course menu at 7:45 p.m. Both menus celebrate the roots of fusion cuisine, drawing on the vibrant Portuguese and Chinese flavours of Macau.

On November 26, Bean & Co is hosting Slow n’ Low, a long table, family style, barbecue dinner featuring slow smoked pork ribs and beef brisket, served with hearty sides. Tickets also include dessert and two drinks from the event menu.

“Sip and Savour is a great opportunity to experience something a little different from Squamish’s local restaurants. From specially curated menus to creative drink and food pairings, participating establishments are offering experiences you won’t necessarily find on their regular menus,” said Nikki Johnston, Communications and Stakeholder Relations Manager at Tourism Squamish. “Whether it’s revisiting a neighbourhood favourite or trying a newer restaurant, Sip and Savour is a great reason to get out and support the local dining scene in Squamish this November.”
