Mudslide closes Highway 99 near Lillooet

Highway 99 has been closed due to a mudslide 42 km south of Lillooet. Traffic is affected on both directions on Highway 99.

The mudslide is between Lil’wat Pl and Texas Creek Rd for 44.6 km near Lillooet.

No detours are available, and there is no estimated time of reopening.

An assessment is in progress.
